Wisper T25 Torque Wrench?

in the manual: 2019-20-705-905-Manual.pdf

On page 8 for recommended tools, is T25 Torque wrench.

When I search for this, results keep coming back as Torx wrench.

The manual is correct?

Probably not, it is probably bad chinglish translation and torx be muddles by torque.
Torx is head type used and is a star shaped pattern.
