I really like it! Full size wheels and a proper looking bike for a change.
It actually looks like it may be a usable commuter bike for someone who just wants to fold it to take it into an office at the end of their journey.

Assuming it weighs the same as most electric bikes, How do I get it up the stairs? looks an awkward carry folded or not?

Looks nice though - I like any design that's different.
