March 19, 201115 yr All the factors well understood of course, but he hasn't been entirely complete in his appraisal. He's left out the NiCad type, presumably because it defies his third law. Of course they are no longer made on environmental grounds and that may be his excuse, including environmental possibilities in "safety", but NiCad should have been included to qualify that third law. .
