throttle ok assisted pedalling not

As the title says I have a problem

any ideas please nb just taken front wheel off to repair puncture so had to reconnect connection.

You probably knocked the magnet disc away from the pedal sensor. It should be close to it - nearly touching. Its probably behind the chainwheel. It would help if you told us which bike it is.
