hi i opened my controller up as the battery lead needed replacing thats all sorted and everything running but dose anyone know whats this link for i put my voltmeter on it and it passes 5.06v when the motor is running and nothing when else when the motor is not running

It might be speed restriction you will have to ride with out it connected to see.
