Hi we have two new Woosh Snatana bikes. One is working great the other gives Error 30 on the King-Meter J-LCD controller. The controller goes blank and the pedelec and throttle still work. Occasionally the King-Meter cuts out and needs reset. If the Kingmeter is gently tapped the display comes on. If the brake levers are pulled the dispay resumes. Did speak to Andy at Woosh when fault first appeared, a week ago, and he suggested it may be the connector to the motor, tried that no change. Could it be an internal problem in the King-Meter. Error 30 is a communication error.

Have logged a call to Woosh but they do not work weekends and weather is great.....:-(.

Any help greatly appreciated.

not much you can do. Error 30 can be caused by a malfunctioning LCD or damaged waterproof cable. You need to contact Andy @ woosh.

Andy at Woosh sorted me out a new controller which I fitted and all is working well now. So I am a very happy man.
