Bike cover for 2 ebikes on tow-ball carrier

Can anyone recommend a cover for use while carrying 2 ebikes on a towball-mounted carrier (Thule). I'm looking for one which can be put in place after the bikes are mounted on the carrier so that it can be used quickly in the event of getting caught in unexpected bad weather. I've looked online at the Fiamma ones and others but any that appear to be of reasonable quality seem to need to be fitted before the bikes are mounted on the carrier.

 

Any suggestions gratefully received.
