Me and more, I have 36-11 cassette and 32-44 chainrings and still want lower gearing so I can increase my range without my heart rate needing to get much over 160. It all depends on the terrain you are riding on. I do have a sunrace 40-11 to fit when I change the chain. Edited October 13, 20169 yr by chris_n
