Strengths: none

 

Weaknesses: Very heavy, poor quality. Contacts between battery terminal and bike broke after a few months. Unbelievable bad customer service from Urban Mover. Still waiting for replacement parts after 7 months!

 

Summary: I would stay away from this bike and Urban Mover in particular. You don't need this bad service when there are other good companies around.

    Very sorry to hear of your issues with the UM50, its almost prehistoric compared to our latest bikes.
