Contacts between battery terminal and bike broke after a few months. Unbelievable bad customer service from Urban Mover. Still waiting for replacement parts after 7 months! Summary: I would stay away from this bike and Urban Mover in particular. You don't need this bad service when there are other good companies around. Overall Rating: 1
