Hi guys need your help my other half got a ebike from arogs last year on her second one bike is working fine but ware the battery sits on to the case as cracked that holds the controller as well but struggling to find out who makes these bikes

That's a common problem. If it's only the plastic that's cracked, it's no problem. If it's the metal body underneath that's cracked, the best solution would be to take it all off and get somebody to weld it. You can buy the whole assembly and empty battery case on Aliexpress.

That the problem this is the case that hold the battery on inside is were the controller and wires I've seen the battery holder etc on AliExpress I've asked if thay will only sell me the holder said no if you look at the pictures were the tye raps are you can see the cracks

That's a different type. I thought you had a frog battery, like in my link, which was used a lot on Elife bikes. I don’t have any experience of that system.

 

Show a picture of the whole bike, so that we can make suggestions for alternatives.
