September 20, 20205 yr Hi all My Motus has developed a creak. Certainly not the saddle as the bolt holding it on broke last week and I had to ride back standing up (which is harder than you would thinkl!) I think it happens when I put pressure on the left pedal - especially if I am pushing hard - but it is not consistant and I can sometimes go up a short steep hill using a lot of pressure with no creaks - and then I will accelerate slightly on a canal path and it creaks. I am thinking there might be a bolt that is loose - or too tight - or the chain is stretched a bit - or something else anyone any ideas what to look for first? TIA
September 20, 20205 yr try tighten the motor bolts that hold it to the frame and see if that sorts it.
