Freego Raptor Battery Problem

Hello. I have an old Freego Raptor eBike which I love. Trying to get some info. on either recelling the batteries or ideally converting it to a better battery system. Wonder if anyone has any experience of either.

I think the battery is 24v, 5.5 ah.
