June 22, 20232 yr It depends how good at DIY you are. One way that might work is to put a flip-flop in the motor cable to reduce the speed signal by two. June 22, 20232 yr new display and replace the bms/ controller could work you can shunt mod bosch motors but not the batts bms yet
June 22, 20232 yr As a last resort, you can replace everything except the motor for about £200, which gives you complete control over everything. You can even get a bigger battery if you want or go 25 mph with 48v, though it's not a good idea to do that with rim brakes.
