Throttle operation to full speed. Motor 250w speed limiter currently deactivated. Temperamental on/off switch. I leave in ON position when riding. Comes with new throttle/switch assy which is beyond my competencies to fit. I've had this since new and used it daily. Two keys and charger. £350 sensible offers.
