I sent to yose for a silver fish 36v 10ah battery i was sent a rear rack battery, I got in touch with yose via email a guy called joey sent me an address to send the battery back too, I paid £20.00 to send this off only to get a Royal Mail message saying there was no one at this building, so they are sending the package back to sender, I take it that's the post office? But as yet no one knows where it is? I got back in touch with this guy who now tells me he will send me a label? Why the he'll didn't he do that in the first place it's beyond me, I asked to get an exchange but he just kept saying refund. No battery no refund, im only on a small pension I just can't keep paying out, I have dealt with this company before and all been good until you get a problem so be warned it's a nightmare.

You know that feeling when your car breaks down and the repair bill is way higher than you expected? That happened to me last month and completely wiped my savings. I was stressing about how to rebuild the buffer before something else came up. Tried a few different platforms without much hope and had a rough run of losses early on. typical yose customer service experience right there because they honestly do not care once they have your money it is a total joke that joey didn't just give you a prepaid label from the start and now you are out twenty quid plus the stress of a missing package while they just keep repeating the word refund like a broken script instead of actually helping you with the exchange you need honestly this company is great until literally anything goes wrong then they just leave you hanging and it is absolutely shameful they are doing this to someone on a pension so good luck getting your money back because you are going to need it with these clowns
