haibike faulty display

afternoon everyone the display unit on my haibike hard 7 has developed a fault , the odometer which had 51 miles recorded on it a week ago , went down to 48 then 37. The battery bars showed full ,then went down 2 then back up again,now waiting for the dealer to get back to me ,does anyone have any ideas thanks
