hi guys dads just got a 2nd hand 250 36volt motor, 50 quid on ebay, it has no battery and as far as i can see has no throttle, battery i can build him.. Anyone know where to get the missing bits from fir this or how to bodge some sort of throttle. Oh and whats the little k piece?

I can vouch for the genuineness, i went OCD on them, even got a magnifing glass on the top to see the tiny stamped letter inside the positive terminal that samsung put there.

I got samsung 25rs.. Actually regret not getting a 3000mah cell, at the time i thought that the 25r was a "tougher" cell, more forgiving and with better life span, think i may have lost 1/6 of my potential capacity for little to none extra life span... Hey ho, tis all a learner :)

Hi all, still cant get this new build to balance up so bit the bullet and unwrapped it, painfull.. Its a 13s 7p job of brand new samsungs... Cant get it above 53volts at green light.. Once "fully" charged at 53 a blue flashing light goes off on the bms.. Cant find much on what this means? So...
