    Brexit, for once some facts.

Good to note that it had no adverse impact on you.

We can all play that game. I was in Liverpool, people tell me that was tough, but obviously not as tough as Hull! I expect more too - Of course you do, we all do. Some however, expect more without any obligation.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Thought this was a worthwhile quote probably applies, even more so, to the internet.

Not sure what you saying here OG. Not aware that any blame, as such, has been placed on any person or body of late. We are where we are, owing an awful lot of money, and it's not a particularly nice place to be. For it's worth the EU, or at least just about every country in it, other than...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

That was an easy question you posed there OG. It's obvious, even to me - you dropped so many clues that it was a no-brainer.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Fortunately, tomorrow never comes OG. But, surely even you have to admit that things are much better now than they were 50 years ago. It's the people that have changed - they expect more...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Quite how you feel able to link the Brexit Vote with the re-Nationalisation of the Railways escapes me. You won't find many of your hated Tories wanting to renationalise anything, let alone the Railways! Having said that, this particular person is always open to a sound economic argument.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Now that would be amazing, I did say 'much in this article...' not all!

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Somewhat amazingly, for me to admit, but, there was much in this article to agree with. Bottom line is that Brexit is the only way to reverse where we are and achieve what we all want! That does seem to be at odds with the conclusion reached by OT, I wonder why - have I misread something here...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I managed the first four pages. Depressing, but, I see exactly what you mean. Just about every post could be moved to this end and I doubt OG would notice. They can't remember what they posted yesterday, never mind 18 months ago. Still, I now buy into the claim, by OG, that he is consistent with...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I'm sure you've said this before - am I right?

I can help with the other - OG has it. it's his home number.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Nonsense, yet again! You are just taking any sentence and reconstructing to suit your agenda. Unlike a deconstructed plate of Fish and Chips which might prove quite tasty.

Remind me, how much was that pittance?

Fear not, I won't. Pray tell me what he said was wrong, ill-informed? Never lived in a 'hole I'm pleased to say, I like my creature comforts too much. What's yours like - I assume you creep out of a hole most mornings?

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Oh that report. Yes, I read it and I have been following other things that he has said more recently which are rather more conciliatory. This is just a 'game' OG, it's not the truth or even the expected outcome. Of course they are preparing for us to crash out and so are we.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

That's not fair either OG. You cannot possibly behave as you do and then pull out the sympathy card.
  18. P

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Where did you read this then?

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Interesting article and probably true at the development stage. However, I've been there in the past and very close to military development costs where the original costs were in the hundreds of millions (all paid by the taxpayer) and yet the final in-service item was less than £250 a piece...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Silly, leading questions OG. I'm not in charge of the purse strings but, I do feel both sure and confident that the UK will invest such monies in R&D. Not even Labour would disagree with this? You do of course, because that would seem to be all you do - disagree with everything and if it makes...
