The range with a 250Wh battery sounds iffy to me, I don't get much more with 500Wh. Looks nice though.

I'd agree with JP, try checking the chain for wear. Also take a look at the teeth on the front chain ring, they may be worn. Is it a new bike?

Bath seems to be made for e-bikes, it's hard enough walking up most of the hills, they would be a killer on a normal bike.

This is what I used to do and I'm not sure the modern options are any better, I may well go back to this.
