My name is John and I'm a 65 year young retired Senior Engineer. Whilst I'm new to this forum, I've been riding electrically assisted bikes since the Spring of 2008. My first bike was a Powacycle Salisbury and I gave it a right hammering. I rode it mostly over the bridleways and by-ways of the southern Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire Chiltern Hills. It never, ever let me down. Recently, I 'upgraded' to a Wisper 905e City S as I wanted something that was, perhaps, a little more rugged (and my lady wanted the Salisbury!). Time will tell if I've made the right choice.
