36v Li-Ion battery. doesn't work until you press on the casing then it springs back into life, looks like a loose connection inside the casing. can anyone help to repair this? The screw heads on the casing are a funny shape (like Phillips but triangular) presumably so I cant open it and fix it myself!

You can buy the screwdriver bits. Are these the correct ones or are they like Philips, but with 3 instead of 4 flutes?
