Finding my (electric) wheels

Ok,here I am with a new folding bike and realized that I should have electrified my mountain bike.
I think I am going to transfer all the electric components to the bigger bike,I am having problems finding 12 gauge spokes for the 20"wheel so I am going to get a 26"wheel
built for 12 gauge spokes and electric hub, the longer spokes are easier to find.I have caught a glimpse of myself riding by store windows and at 6'2 275lbs I look silly on the folding bike.
Can I eliminate the cutoff brake levers,my mountain bike has integral shifters and brake levers.
Thanks,Jan

If your folder already has the brake cut off's on, then you can simply disable this feature by simply cutting the wires and either twisting together or keeping seperate. Which way depends upon how your circuit board operates. Usually by joining them will complete the circuit and override the brake cut off.
