That could be a bargino if you can rely on the photos as it appears to be in excellent condition, but it will definitely need a new battery.

I know of two eZee Torq 1 models stolen in the Hampshire area quite some while ago, so could be one of those finally being sold on after some use.

The members who lost those were Nigel and themutiny (Nick). Neither are currently visiting the forum though. Nigel's had the 10 Ah lithium battery, Nick's the 14 Ah battery.
