Hi I've just built my first ebike ,midmount bafang bbshd ,only issue I've having is I carnt fix the brake sensors to the hydraulic brakes ,there is no suitable place to mount them ,the bike is a Kona cindercone ,anyone got any recommendations for hydraulic brakes apart from SRAM level.

Might be worth posting pictures of the brake levers and the sensors you have.

The sensor looks to be in the best position, I might be a good idea to buy some super strong magnets (do research not all mags are equal) in a long thin rectangle shape to align with your lever width.
you may have to over hang the sensor.
