Hi Josh, I have no personal experience of the Greenedge but my Husband was recently looking at it with a view to buy and I did a search on this forum in respect of the bike. The search results are here:

There seems to be a common problem with the bike regarding sparking at the battery and some owners have ended up with replacement batteries as a result.
Personally this put us off the bike and my Husband ended up getting a Vita Uno which is a similar price and is a branded Kudos Cobra, available with free delivery from London Electrics here:

Kudos Dave who owns Kudos bikes is a respected member on this forum and Tom at London Electrics, I think, is also a forum member and we were treated well by him.

The battery on the Vita Uno is a better spec than the Greenedge, which was also a bit off-putting as a 9ah battery has limited capacity in terms of how many miles it will cover on one charge.

Hubby is happy with the bike so far. He likes the look of it, it's comfortable, it climbs hills well and it stops when it should!

Hope this helps. There are plenty others, more experienced than me, who will no doubt give you there two pennies worth! I found this forum to be really informative when I bought my bike a few months back so you have come to the right place. Good luck with it.
