Help needed urgently please!

[Wisper Bikes]

I have just been told that either a company called DUMCO or another exhibitor selling electric bikes in the UK are trying to get a BEBA member's stand closed down at the Gadget show due to the fact that their bikes are illegal due to three points.

1. The wheels are too small!
2. They have the ability to change the controller profile and exceed the 25kph limit!
3. They can use the throttle on their bikes over 6kph.

Does anyone know DUMCO or have any comment on the above?
