Hey Everyone,

I'm new to ebikes.

After a lot of lurking and research I decided to get myself an Oxygen S-Scoss MTB ebike.

I'm looking forward to getting out and about and getting fit. (Not many hills in Hertfordshire but I'm sure I'll find some!)

Having some issues with the bike and haven't been able to actually go out yet. Dealer is helping so hopefully get it sorted.

Anyone here know any light trails or good rides around St Albans/Watford?

Glad to be a member here and I'll report back on the bike as and when I'm up and running!

Hi Eddie,

Thanks! That's just the sort of thing I was looking for.

I'm in South St Albans and haven't been up that way yet. I'll definitely check it out.

PS. you're not Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam are you? :)

The old St. Albans to Hatfield train route was quite a nice run starting at the bottom of London Road. There was talk of linking up with Watford at some point? My 1st off road adventures were on Bernards Heath and Batchwood golf course (mid 1960's).

Hi Chris,

They call that the Alban Way. I live very close by. I have done that a few times on my old bike. Its a nice quiet ride.

Not sure I can get away with Batchwood golf course though!
