£1000 is a bit much for a buy it now price.

It is a 24 spoke wheel model, which I know is a bit contentious, so I won't mention the fact that it had 24 spoke wheels. Not a word.

and tell him it needs a battery and the 24 spoke wheel needs replacing and you are doing him a favour at £700 and there are lots of e bikes on

Don't mention the 24 spoke wheels. I think you may have got away with it this time. We don't want to make a big thing of the fact that it has 24 spoke wheels, so the less we mention anything about 24 spoke wheels the better.

Don't expect it to go for even near £1000, especially as 50cycles also have some for sale on ebay (a first for 50cycles?) for £1500 brand new, pick your size, with guarantee. Just search Kalkhoff on ebay.

50 C have sold via EBay in the past. It's usually surplus stock or last years models.

£1500 isn't bad for a new, 2010 PC, as it comes with a new battery and a 2 year warranty.

Only reason i wondered whether 50cycles had sold on ebay before is that they have zero feedback. They may have listed before but under the name they are using '50cycles-com', which they have had since Jan 2010,they have made no sales, or received no feedback for them
