Ok just got back home from work and i am working from home tomorrow so bike most likely will be left for 4 days. So my question is, i must be getting fitter :D (well not exactly true as was 5 miles closer to home today but think slight improvement) as i have about 20-30% battery power left. So what do i do now, do i just charge it or wait until sunday night, what is best for the battery?

Makes no practical difference for 4 days although a battery hot of the charger can make the bike feel perkier for the first few miles.

Seconded.

My Wisper, hot from the charger, all lights on, goes like the CLAPPERS for five miles. Then it settles down into its more plodding pedelec routine for the rest of its charge. I liken it to a horse, fresh from a night's kip and a bagful of oats, which will go like a racehorse for a while, then like a workhorse for a longer while!

Allen.

I've taken to charging my battery in work and it really does zip along on the return 16 mile journey:) More importantly the last 3 miles are on a dark country road and extra charge keeps me going at a good pace. I feel much more confident.

Me too! I like to use full assist on a Friday, hot off a free full charge at work.:D

I charged my Alien battery this morning & put it straight on the bike. On a relatively flat surface in Colchester I was zipping along at 18.5 - 19mph using the throttle only. Just about an ideal speed for the roads I was on. :)
