Hi Pedelecers,
My wife and I live in New Zealand and are buying bikes plus a motorhome this June for use in the UK,UE and then New Zealand.
We want simple to maintain good quality reliable bikes to visit villages and towns on our travels and to
Also use on bike trails ,towpaths etc.
My wife favours a Dutch style so we are leaning towards internal hub gears , Bosch crank drive similar to the Gazelle Orange C7.
What are your thoughts

You can widen your choice massively if you can adopt derailleur gears. No need for complex centre drive or (arguably) less stable front wheel drive.
Rear hub drives can be lighter, quieter and cost much less.

only some geared hub motorrs like the Ezee, the Bafang BPM and Bafang G06 can match the climbing power of the Bosch CX.
