New design for a safer bike

Crispin Sinclair, son of Sir Clive of C5 fame, has designed what he feels is a much safer bicycle after suffering a bike accident, and it's electric assist.

Basically following the BMW C1 scooter concept, it's a semi-recliner with a roll over hoop and seat belt. You can learn all about his "Babel" bike in this edition of the BBC Radio 4 "You and Yours" program for today, Friday 24th April.

Thanks Jerry, not sure what happened there since it worked after I'd posted it. It's fixed now using a different image.

I preferred his last design but it never went into production, which is the likely fate of the new one.
