'Support' showing on Azor display.

Has anyone ever seen the word 'Support' appear at the top of their Azor display? I asume it is an error message....can anyone point me towards a manual which will help with diagnosis.

For the record it is on a Long John Bakfiets. The battery was fine on Thursday. After the long weekend it appears to have died.
