Tyre change.

Hi. My Carrera Vulcan E spec is ready for a new rear tyre so have been looking at 2.2 width as there seems to be more choice than 2.1. I have been told that it will knock the calibration on the sensor to the computer and thus give a false reading or alter the way the motor kicks in and back out. Can anyone confirm this. Cheers

but the wheel wont be any bigger just a tad wider so cant see it making any difference tbh.

There's no way a change in tyres like that is going to have any effect on the bike
