I had the same problem , same freewheel 7 speed. I have a spacer but it's just something I found in a box i had. I think I'll order what you have as mine isn't anything recommended.

Does anyone know the correct spacer between the freewheel ( cogs) and the Yose rear wheel motor . I have put one in but I am not sure I have done it right. I'm a bit of a beginner when it comes to gears etc. Many thanks

I did contact Jose Power in Gemany . After a bit of back and forth emails , the upshot it could be the controller. ( silver box) .

I have been a few miles with the brake cables totally unplugged without issues. I don't think it's the end of the world to have cut out motor when applying brakes. I mean, I rarely pedal when I want to brake/slow down. the only time I unplugged the brake cables was to transfer to another bike...

Just tried that and error has gone away. Also drive has come into life. What do you suggest now ? Thanks btw.

I have swapped over my existing kit to another bike and I am getting error 25 on the display. No drive power.I looked it up and it says front brake magnet allignment blabla. It said disconnect one and swap them over so you know which brake lever is the problem. Iv'e tried this and it says error...

I'm sorry , Iv'e never taken a record of that. But where I live nothing is flat.

A good point is the price. I have a Chinese Yose battery ( 36 v 15.6 ah) which I think is 561 wh and I get approx 30 miles with hills and mainly eco riding for £200.00 ish. But this is my first ebike ( kit) and would like to go further on a charge.

Thanks for your reply. I don't get much flat road in Scotland but 21 mph would be a nicer speed with less frantic legs.

I'm using a Yose kit off of ebay on a Halfords Apollo Phaze bike. I'm cruising on the flat at about 16mph and would like less leg speed and a slightly faster mph. My biggest front chainring is 38 teeth ( which is the only one I use) I'd like any advise on how much bigger would be good to cruise...

Just put on my freewheel cog onto my new Yose rear wheel and it is pinched tight or something. I cant coast along as the pedals move with the wheel now. What have i done wrong ?

Hi , Just unboxed new jose ebike kit and my existing freewheel cog i put on the e wheel is jammed somehow . Like its being squashed. The pedals turn with the wheel and i cant coast along. Am I missing a spacer or something I'm new to this , any help would be great.
