It’s not about me fitting it correctly! I do my research and followed fitting guidelines. It just happened to be a coincidence that my speed sensor stopped working after the chip install! mit all came down to perhaps some dust in the OE speed sensor pins.

Guys, I’ve managed to get speed Speed sensor working again thumbed around with the wires, and it’s reading again. So I’m hoping now this speed box will work now and give me what I’ve been waiting for!

Yes it seems to. And it’s not the answer to my problems. As I still have the same problem without dongle fitted. No speed reading...

It’s SpeedBox 3 I thought it might be that that’s caused breakdown of speed sensor? As my bike was perfectly normal before...

Hi folks! Has anybody had any issues with a speed sensor on Cube bike? Is there a way of telling if sensor is at fault when computer isn’t recording speed? I installed a dongle and now have no speedo reading. Even after uninstalling dongle. It was working perfectly before dongle.

I was thinking of changing to smaller wheels on my Cube bike. They are currently 29” I believe. Is it possible to put smaller and fatter tyres on?

Thanks for reply. I’m wandering if I’ve plugged the speed sensor incorrectly? It’s not read since I installed the speed box dongle? does anybody know, or perhaps have a diagram for the plugs in the Bosch active line unit?

The bike is fine, motor still kicks in. Code comes up after a few pedals. Is it possible to get the wires the wrong way round?

Ah thanks for reply. I’ve managed to get the lights to work. But still no speed showing, stuck at zero, and getting 503 errors...speed sensor? Bike was perfect before installing speed box? Has the box damaged the sensor? I’ve reverted back to normal, without the box. But still no speed reading...?

Morning all! I’ve got a Cube bike from 2019. Recently I bought a speed box unit from eBay, it’s the latest version 3. 2020. After installing (excitedly) I went for a spin only to be disappointed! The speed wasn’t reading, sits at 0 Mph, gave me error code, lights don’t work, and it doesn’t seem...
