    Thank you for the replies, I wanted a standby e bike (I really do rely on my main bike as my commuter) but I was hoping to pay half that ! (ie half = £350) A second hand e bike may be a better option for me, cheers , M

    I think that I used to see the c5 guy, Roger. I was doing an electrical course at St. Athan around '85 '86 and I used to drive each morning from g/f flat in Barry to east camp. 'often saw the C5 looney in those murky winding lanes! M

    That's good to know, my bike is a couple of months 'old' now and has known only nice weather so far. We have a bridge to get on and off the island. . .so no deep water :)
