    Help! Help buying first ebike

I think you will be fine with Cube, I bought a Cube cross hybrid pro 4 years ago. I am 100kg and i liked the Cube wheels because they have 36 spoke wheels. Mine has done 9000 miles now and it has done loads of great touring on and off road. my 625 battery still has 80% plus and the Bosch motor...

My Raleigh Motus Grand tour after 3 years and 10,000 miles

I have had my Cube with a Bosch Gen 4 85nm motor for 3 years and 7100 miles. The 625w battery seems to me to perform the same as day one, by that i mean i still get the same 40 ish mile run done with a couple of bars left. It was tested after 1 year as part of the the deal and recorded 93%...

    Fork advice

Hi My e bike is now 3 years old and 7k miles, the cheap original xcm forks are pitted and don't perform to well nowadays in spite of me stripping and regreasing them. So i bought a new set of xcm forks like the originals as they were cheap but they are lockout models, they came without any...

    Battery charger query

i think my battery charger is on the way out, it makes funny noises sometimes. Anyway it is a 54.6V / 1.6A charger with a 5.5/2.1 mm dc head connecter. Can't find any with a 1.6A output but plenty with a 2A, would it be ok to use a a 54.6V 2A charger instead ?

    Cube bike sizing

Hi I'm the same as you for height and inside leg. I tried a 54cm crossbar, (which I think is Medium) it was to large for me, I need a 50cm ( Small ?) which suited my standover measurement of 80cm. In the end I couldn't get a crossbar small in the model i wanted, but I bought a 54cm (medium)...

    Options - budget around £2k, 5”4 female

My wife is 5'4" she cycles a cube hybrid one in a small trapeze size, she uses it offroad on most of our cycles. cube wheels are strong (36 spoke) and accept wide tyres 50/55mm, they have basic suspension forks which are fine for forest trails/canal towpaths etc.

750 Battery, Motor Noise And Bike Size?

I have a cube cross hybrid pro which I use for touring, the Bosch CX gen 4 isnt particulary noisy and is a great motor. I have nearly 6k on mine. I am 1.77m and found the 54cm bike to high for comfort. The standover of the 50cm suits me better. i have a 625w battery but if I was buying again...

    broken cable help

If the tyre is tubeless you don't need to take it off the rim to repair a puncture. When you blow the tyre up the sealent should come out of the hole and seal it. if that doesn't work then you need a motorcycle plug kit which isn't expensive and is a good thing to carry if you have tubeless...

    chain help

I agree with Raboa, looking at the pictures it looks like a single speed. If you buy any multi speed chain like 7/8/9 speed etc it will be a so called "3/32" chain, yours could be a 1/8th wide single speed chain so the best way is to take the chain off and then any bike shop can identify it and...
