It should have had torque bars on, as it's a 1000w hub for use up on the mountain. Only used it in garden and back wheel come out of dropouts. Got everything back in checked the wiring etc, but getting 'motor position sensor fault" after a few seconds of power to back wheel.

Hello all, looking to post back a 80kg ebike for repair (in UK to UK). I've seen a few posts recommending postal delivery companies like tuffnels but looking closely ebikes are not covered. Anybody got any companies I can contact please. Starting to panic :-(
