I have been slowly building my e-Trike over the last year.
By "Building" I mean making from raw steel tube and welding together and bits of other bikes.
My first serious road trip is due in June and I am going to Holland for a little wander around with some friends.
The Bike has a Bafang BBS01 and the raw gear-inches of the drive-train ranges from 28" to 144".
On the flat I have had about 22 - 25MPH and downhill a lot more.
The trike has 20" front wheels on SA Single-sided 90mm Drum Hubs and a 26" Rear wheel with a SA 24 speed 3 x 8 rear hub. The bike is an amalgam of Atomic Zombie "Street-Fox" and Rickey Horwitz's "Thunderbolt".
