What do you use your ebikes for?

Taking the dog out, shopping, taking stuff to the dump, delivering eliquids I make & just getting from A to B. Every ride has to have a purpose. I don't cycle for pleasure/leisure although I really enjoy it. A Boxer Shuttle cargo trike has replaced our second vehicle saving £2000 a year.

Considering an E-bike - Overloaded with Infomation!

Yes I've been up it. I'm same height & similar weight. I ride a cargo trike which is heavy & does not have a throttle. I'm quite fit and ride on the lowest assistance level, 1 of 5, until I get to a hill. On Warren Ave I go 1 gear lower and up assist level to 3. At the top I'm breathing hard...

    My bum hurts

The first thing I do when I've fitted a new saddle is ask the wife "Does my bum look big on this?":p

    My bum hurts

Or put kitchen roll, wider than your posterior, on a stair. Sit on it and measure the indentations to get your sitbone width. I did this when I wanted to get a Brooks Cambium saddle and it has worked out well.

    Longtime Lurker signing in

68 yrs young, 5' 8", 13 st, 29" inside leg. I know someone will ask when I give mileage. 2003 to 2013 I would take my motorhome to Portugal/Italy/France for 2 or 3 winter months. I didn't use campsites but went up into the hills walking & cycling with my dog. No the dog didn't have a bike. I...
