    What man put together ... man can take apart However... the parts / tools / time / equipment and skills required may mean that the cost of repairing could be 10 times the expense of just replacing.

    Has it got a 3 speed switch.. ? If no 3 way speed switch has been fitted, then maybe its been programmed to give 80% at the default of speed setting 2 (no switch), so program it to set speed 1, 2 and 3 to 100%. This of course needs sorting before fitting your Speedict.
