    Brexit, for once some facts.

You don't want to trust ANY stats coming out of the likes of Shelter - or Oxfam - both utterly unreliable and utterly politically biased.

I get it now. I refreshed my page and suddenly I see 4 more lines in OGs original. So he must have added those in an edit after sending the original in with just one line. OK.

I managed to do two minutes but her voice is so utterly un-inspiring/dead that was it. We have been saved from such a calamity as people like her in power. Praise be the lord.

Here's a strange thing - Flecc/anybody have you noticed this? In OG's original post I saw only one line - the top one about me being stupid. But when I clicked on 'reply' suddenly 4 more lines appeared in his quote. What's with that?

From the CEO of Phones 4 U. "Throughout the build up to the election I made my position clear regarding my political values. I am proud of Britain, I am happy to pay my tax, but my fears of what Labour would do to the fabric of this country had they got in, were increasing. My view was and...

Danny's talking out his butt. No way will the EU kick the Brits out of Spain - or anywhere. Like you said - they need the money. For a start they have a £9b+ hole in their budget to fix now.

Northern Ireland nurses striking... Hmmmm.. Something that puzzles a little bit: That’s about 5%. And NI wages are, generally, about 10% lower than whole UK average. Further, NI nurses get their training fees paid for them and still receive bursaries. That is, there are two good reasons why...

It appears that former management of Orange – France Telecom as then was – are guilty of creating such a toxic workplace that it led to people committing suicide. OK. It’s worth pointing out that the “wave” of suicides is well within the normal statistical variation for a group of people that...

Your idea of facts not mine. There are plenty of places in Spain I'd not want to live - or Italy - or France - or lots of places. You say they have better railways - stations - roads - etc. Last time I changed stations in France at the Gare Du Nord from the Eurostar it wasn't a patch on St...

Who knows how this will play out. These are the opening gambits on both sides. But now we know our side has some solidity behind it - we have some metal. We got bitten the first time - we've retreated and come back stronger. And they know it. It's a completely different negotiation now...

There were at least 20 Labour MPs who voted for it. Those MPs who have to go back to their leave-voting constituency and look those people in the eye. Old fashioned ideas like keeping your promises and being a person of your word. They are the heart of the Labour party is you ask me.

OK Flecc - so you think socialism is needed every-so-often to balance out the Tory rule. Yes? That seems to be one of your main points. Yes? To me socialism always ends up with the system broke. It always always always is inefficient around the allocation of resources - ie it over-allocates...
