    this pic shows Ebykes controller info I have a 350watt motor and standard that's only 18 amps without tinkering or go to the bbs02 500watt at 25 amps the controller is different so will not fit bbs01

    I have just been on the phone with ebyke and if you have the same controller as in his screen grab above you are lucky and you can take to 20 amps ,it does appear the firmware is the problem he has the later version bbso1b with the output for the lights
