OK, crimp+connectors, anderson connectors(just in case), heatshrink bits and battery have all arrived on same day. Great, however the battery connector has 5 pins, 2nd pin from end pin marked '-' and 4the pin marked '+' so thats ok. I can't solder them tonight so will create good tight crimp...

What size in mm am I looking at for the 15amp rated wire and the 30a rated wire ?

I had a similar problem on my newly built rear wheel's first test ride, everything looked fine. To cure it I packed the frame out 1.5mm that side with a washer and problem solved.

Yes, I put the cassette on and there was about 1mm clearance between the last cog and the frame. Having just re-read your post I may need to place a washer back under the cassette side as I never considered the thickness of the chain being on that last cog too.

Thanks all, It was as d8veh described above,switched a washer from cassette side to disc side and packed the frame out another 3 or 4mm on the disc side with a couple of extra washers and the disc lines up spot on. I am unable to have both the locking nut and the anti-rotation washer thing both...

With my rear drive motor in situ on my bike I can see when I assemble the brake disc to the motor, it isn't going to line up with the caliper. Any way around this with some standard part?

Could you split the batteries up and put them in rear side pannier bags somehow instead?
