Two new Woosh bikes are on the way

Yes, I can wait a week or two. Thanks. Incidentally, I've just checked the pressure in my fb tyres (Kenda 3") and they only have 17.5psi in both of them. What is the recommended pressure please as it says 40 to 55 on the tyres.

Two new Woosh bikes are on the way

While we're on with tyres, I have a RIO FB and was wondering if Schwalbe Big Apple KevlarGuard tyres will fit the rims. The tyres are 26x23.5

    Mirrors

Yes, I'm thinking that's the way to go.

    Mirrors

Yes, I've seen those, in fact, I saw them on Dragons Den and wasn't that impressed with them being on the handle bars. Can a following driver interpret them as a direction signal. Much better to be on the back of the bike. Not seen any in action in my neck of the woods, but worth looking at I...

    Mirrors

All good stuff, now what about indicators, yes I could stick my hand out but that's so last century. I can't find a decent set for a bike, they all look like fairy lights. Needs to be super bright LED's and self-powered me thinks.

    Mirrors

I've had the RIO (FB) for about a fortnight. I'm impressed with its performance and build. I had a problem initially with the chain falling off the front sprocket in first gear, which is now solved with the help of Andy from Woosh. I'm not an authority on electric bikes, but as a nooby, I'm...

    Mirrors

Thanks for all your comments. Before I asked the question on here. I ordered these. Very cheap but look ok. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/272709360533 But I have also ordered d8veh's recommendation. Will let you know how it works out. :-)

    Mirrors

Just a quickie, can anyone recommend a quality pair of rear view mirrors. Trying to set my e-bike up like my motorbike and at the moment I'm missing mirrors and indicators. My bike is a Woosh Rio FB

    Chain Falling Off

So looks like in theory that the front sprocket needs moving 17mm for symmetrical alignment.

    Chain Falling Off

Here's a picture of it in gear 8. Perfectly aligned. To my way of thinking it should be perfectly aligned on gear 4 or 5

    Chain Falling Off

Thanks, I'm pleased you agree it's not right. Obviously, nothing can be done at the wheel end. So it's either packing the sprocket out or like you say the bottom bracket is wrong. Yes, I'm aware of the magnet disk, looks a bit vulnerable, but not too worried about this at the moment.

    Chain Falling Off

I've just bought a Woosh Rio FB. I'm impressed so far. But one gremlin has just shown up. I've contacted Woosh, but it's the weekend so in the meantime thought I would ask for comments on here. The problem is when first gear is selected the chain drops off the front sprocket, very annoying. The...

    Whats the difference.

But not on my shopping list, so won't be an issue. There are other e-bikes similarly priced, I just used that one as both bikes are KTM.

    Whats the difference.

I could buy one then as I have private land to use it on. :p

    Whats the difference.

Incidentally, why can't I buy the bottom one?

    Whats the difference.

I wouldn't even think about buying the bottom, the top one's nice though.;)

    Whats the difference.

You see when I look at my almost new Yamaha XJ6 Diversion, a 600cc motorcycle which can do 0-60 in 3.5 seconds and 125mph for as long as I keep putting petrol in and it cost me £3500 and then I look at an E-Bike which costs £4k, never does 0-60, I have to help it to do 15mph, has a tiny electric...
