Hello Kristoffer and welcome. Guys I can't seem to rotate the pictures so I'm sorry and didn't need to duplicate either. This was on a break after 20 miles, just about to go off into the distance over the gate.

It's quite heavy, but just as good as the thule, feels sturdy, sits well, and tilts great with X2 heavy bikes on to get into the boot. Although we tend to use the van more often, especially when hopping off for a specific bike holiday, we also use the car. In a couple of months it'll be the Isle...

If the roads are as bad as they are here then he'd need a FS ;). Maybe a hybrid then ?

Well how'd the test riding go ?

As has mine..... full sus all the way for me and my Haibike is more than capable of dealing with some of the red/black trails. I also pump up my tyres lock out the suspension front and rear and road ride sometimes, you don't always need a road bike.....

Got me a Buzzrack Scorpion,2 bike carrier, 20kg max for each bike, put batteries in the car, travelled all over with no problems. Our bikes weigh 20kg as does the bike rack and the nose weight for my car is 60 kg. so just on the cusp (Hyundai iX 35). It's never failed me one to think about...

Good to read up on stuff. We have a few problems with brakes, Hubs is probably going to try sintered pads, if that don't work then better brakes are on the cards. Thanks guys.

I've got a Haibike, totally recommend it. Gets me out on the road too if I lock out the suspension back and front as well as pump up the tyres.

Back in action :), but nowt too much, so did a 34 miles ride up a disused railway 12 miles there and 12 miles back nice and simple ( plus the 5 miles to get there). Route 55 Newport shropshire to Stafford, gentle beginnings. Next week Coed Llandegla red/black route.

and don't forget some wive's would be most miffed if you went out without her !!! :mad:. Out of action through injury at the moment. Left ankle...ouched misjudged jump. Hopefully healed for thursday's trip out to Wales.
