Woosh starts shipping Tongsheng TSDZ8 with 250W label

OK... honeymoon is over, so maybe it is time to address an elephant in the room and talk also about what is not so great about TSDZ8 - VLCD5 - is awful. Probably the ugliest LCD out there. - TSDZ8 is very powerful, which is good on one hand, but on another it means extra pressure on brakes...

    Battery indicator/voltage

Charge your battery please. You should avoid discharging it completely. 20V is far to low for 36V battery. Edit: sorry, I missed that it is 24V battery, so scratch my comment above. My advice - time to upgrade.

    Eleglide M1 plus 12.5 36v battery

Yes, it looks like a standard Hailong battery. https://eleglide.com/collections/spare-part-for-m1-m1-plus-f1/products/36v-12-5ah-battery-suitable-for-eleglide-m1-m1-plus Might be a good opportunity for you to upgrade. Batteries sold by Eleglide are expensive and probably using cheap Chinese cells.

    Eleglide M1 plus 12.5 36v battery

It looks like a generic Chinese battery. Where is the controller? In battery base? Can you post some pictures? I wouldn't use 7.5Ah battery.

Wisper Is my Wisper 575Wh battery toast?

I think it is a good time to introduce some changes to your battery maintenance routine. After all you don't want history to repeat itself in few years.

    The e-bike that does everything

Chances of getting into trouble are very low unless you find yourself in an accident. You can always replace motor to make it legal, but personally wouldn't bother. Problem is there are almost no available cargo bikes on the market to convert. You would have to hunt for a long time to find...

    The e-bike that does everything

If I were you I would consider Fiido T2. Yes, it is illegal, but price is very tempting. It also has all accessories you need.

    The e-bike that does everything

What you need is a cargo bike and you will have to accept some compromises.

Carrera Vulcan e spec advise sort

This bracket is entirely optional. It is irrelevant though as I don't think he will be able to install mid drive there https://mtbdatabase.com/bikes/2019/giant/anthem-29/2019-giant-anthem-29-1/ Front wheel conversion makes no sense. Rear wheel drive on bike like that would be an act of...

Nylon Gears in Ebike motors. Why?

You can buy brass replacement gears for Tongsheng motors. People say they are not more robust than nylon gears and when people use their motors incorrectly, then they get shredded too.
