To tow such a trailer one needs considerably more than 250W which would make bike illegal on UK roads. Imagine pushing such a contraption up steep hill. Tent is a way to go.

Yes, it is not a recommendation for routine charging. Just few 24h charges upon receiving battery and once every few months. Can you elaborate what happens during so long charging process? I was under impression BMS should terminate charging process once battery is fully charged.

Bike is 6 months old. There must be a reason why manufacturer asks for 24h charging time. I just don't quite see one. To tell the truth I didn't charge battery for so long... I chickened out :)

...which is a very simple black brick with only one small red/green light. Manufacturer recommends to leave battery on charge for 24 hours. It is much longer than simple process of charging. I was told it is to rebalance cells, so rebalancing must take place after battery is fully charged.

For robbers I have another blow torch in seat post connected to red button marked "Don't touch". ... now when I am thinking about it I might move it a bit more from throttle.

This is lame. I got blow torches installed in handle bar on both sides. This is me when cornered: Still need to work on handle bar removal time though...

You are welcome. Much better than waiting a year for Swytch, isn't it? Personally I think 20Ah is an overkill for your needs. There was a time I was also thinking the bigger the better. Not anymore. Big batteries are very heavy and ugly.
