I bought a petrol car 11 years ago. Paid £10K for it. By now it lost probably around 80% of it's value. I won't even mention how much I have paid to keep it running over the years. Cars in general are a very poor investment. Short or long term.

Where I live there is a cycle path in pedestrian area in city center. One can't ride there because pedestrians infiltrate from all directions. Somehow nobody orders them to stop and dismount their shoes. It is just another case of discrimination and unequal treatment ;) I go to city center...

My bad, I posted link do different version of this bike. I am thinking about buying frame (2020 version) and converting it with bafang mid drive.

It is aluminum frame I think. I was thinking about mid drive conversion for a while to ride with my son on more challenging mtb tracks. Full suspension would be a nice bonus.

I know only what is written on web page. I am more concerned about battery. Didn't order it yet... Still trying to resist temptation... Wife won't be happy if I buy. Not sure if it is worth to test my marriage ;)

I have a very average skin thickness I guess. I just cycle around blissfully unaware somebody might be looking down at me. Actually suspension works better than I expected. I bought it during big covid/brexit bike famine and sold it to my daughter as "best bike money can buy". She believed me...
